Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory management system inputs and outputs; recommend system and programming changes to improve timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of inventory information for the customer/user.
• Provide advice and assistance to customers; troubleshoot complex problems; support in ways that minimize interruptions to critical inventory activities.
• Identify training needs and initiate actions; provide group and individual training for system updates and technologies.
• Develop, update, and maintain a list of technical issues and resolutions; manage accounts and access to the system and equipment.
• Contractors shall operate a forklift to load/unload from vehicles and store equipment on shelving provided.
