Job summary

Global Communications Services in San Antonio, TX invites applications for a Computer Operations Manager to support IT asset management for Air Force accounts. You will input and transfer equipment into the APSR within two workdays of receipt and assist with inventories across HQ CLIENT and subordinate units, including asset disposition and reporting.

You will transport IT assets between sites, ensure stock levels are properly signed and accounted for, and coordinate requests with ECO and APO,

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Air Force IT Asset Management.
• Two years’ knowledge of computer hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and smartphones.
• Active favorable NACI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT equipment inventory in APSR within two workdays of receipt.
• Process excess equipment for disposal within seven days of notification.
• Transport IT equipment between worksites and DLADS as required.
• Report stock levels weekly to management and ECO.
• Assist with periodic inventories and asset disposition.
