This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver highly available, secure, scalable and resilient applications that support millions of customers.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in a large-scale distributed environment.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java application development with modern Java ecosystem frameworks.
• 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot development experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD Pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile-based development environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability of the overall solution.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and technical insight.
• Promote adoption of best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing activities like code reviews and tech talks.
• Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and deliver high-quality code.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
