Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software development in large-scale distributed environments.
• 7+ years of Java application development with modern Java ecosystems.
• 5+ years of Java and Spring Boot development.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions to meet business needs.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance, feasibility, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on technical decisions.
• Adopt best practices and new tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
• Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and improve functionality.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
