As a technical leader, you will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to build innovative healthcare solutions and modern software practices in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development in large-scale distributed environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java application development with modern Java frameworks.
• 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot development experience.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years in Agile-based development.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement efficient, scalable Java-based solutions meeting business needs.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance, feasibility, and scalability of platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Communicate with team members to align on technical direction and decisions.
• Adopt best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
• Collaborate to implement complex features and high-quality code.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
