As a Technical Leader, you will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to build innovative solutions that improve healthcare experiences for members, providers, and colleagues.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development in a large-scale distributed environment.
7+ years of hands‑on Java application development with modern Java ecosystem frameworks.
5+ years of Java, Springboot development experience.
5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
5+ years designing modern microservices and APIs.
3+ years of CI/CD automation.
3+ years Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable solutions meeting business and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
Provide input on performance, scalability, and feasibility of technical decisions.
Lead code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Coordinate with team members to align on technical direction and decisions.
Adopt new technologies and tools to boost productivity and code quality.
Participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews and tech talks.
Mentor junior developers to grow technical skills.
