Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale distributed environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java application development with modern Java ecosystem frameworks.
• 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot development experience.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-availability solutions that meet business needs and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance, feasibility, and scalability to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to align on decisions and provide technical insights.
• Adopt and promote best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning.
• Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and enhance functionality.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
