Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development in a large-scale distributed environment.
• 7+ years of Java development with modern frameworks.
• 5+ years of Java Spring Boot development.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance, scalability, and feasibility to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with team members to align on technical direction and decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Lead adoption of new technologies and tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Engage in knowledge sharing activities such as talks and workshops.
