Google's Agentic Docs team seeks a Staff Interaction Designer to shape AI-driven document experiences. You will define how AI agents research, orchestrate, and collaborate with humans across Google Workspace, leading cross-functional design efforts from research to launch.

You will create user journeys, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes that communicate complex agent behaviors while ensuring consistency across Editors and Workspace, with a focus on scalable, intuitive agentic
