Google is seeking an experienced Staff Interaction Designer for the Agentic Docs team. You will lead design for AI-assisted document experiences, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research to evolve Google Workspace experiences.
You will help define patterns for how AI agents research, orchestrate, and collaborate with humans, guiding end-to-end experiences from concept to execution with a strong emphasis on user-centered design.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products. As a Staff Interaction Designer on the Agentic Docs team, you will be responsible for defining the patterns of how AI agents research, orchestrate, and collaborate alongside humans. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to identify new user behaviors and emerging patterns in autonomous productivity. You will be responsible for leading the design of experiences that help users move from a blank page to a finished project with the help of intelligent agents. You will ensure these agentic experiences in docs align and scale across Google Workspace, ensuring our users have a cohesive and connected experience no matter where they are working.
