Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Englewood, CO is seeking a Level 3 Program Planner to support the FBM program. You will build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, align with industry standards, and drive cost and schedule performance across functions.

You will collaborate with senior management and customers, manage critical path analyses, and ensure integration across all program artifacts while focusing on timely, compliant planning for strategic defense initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning/scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6)
• Experience developing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Familiarity with planning/ scheduling on programs requiring EVMS
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
• Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules which validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
• Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develop solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
• Prepare/coordinate planning artifacts for solicitation response.
• Interface with program management, senior management and the customer as the planning integrator.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between schedules and artifacts.
• Devise modeling techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and perform schedule risk assessments.
• Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions for improved program performance.
