Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Planner to support the F-35 Proposal Planning Team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated schedules, performing schedule risk analysis, and coordinating with engineering, contracts, and production to ensure on-time, in-budget performance.

The position emphasizes experience with EVM, schedule integration, and tools like Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules; assess schedule impacts of proposed work
• Refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and apply in schedule network development
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production
• Evaluate planning products and practices and remediate gaps
• Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis and planning data
