Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvements.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Evaluate tasks and responsibilities to improve productivity.
• Develop estimates, financial proposals, and manage projects.
• Lead problem-solving teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Spend time on the floor to troubleshoot processes and guide teams.
• Develop CAD drawings and process flow charts; cost saving analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Deliver variation reductions using Process Control methodology.
• Define and document SOPs for new/modified processes.
• Identify barriers to project goals and remove them.
• Collect and analyze process data for project tracking.
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics.
• Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety policies and regulations.
