Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Labor Capacity Planner to optimize staffing across its warehouse network. You will analyze capacity needs, maintain planning models, and develop dashboards with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI to drive cost efficiency and SLA performance.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree and 3+ years in warehousing capacity planning, with strong Excel and SQL skills and familiarity with PowerBI and Python. This role offers guidance, growth, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers to optimize cost and SLA performance.
• Maintain and update staff planning models for all facilities.
• Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
