ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations. The role offers hybrid work with 2 days onsite per week at either Aurora, IL or Bethlehem, PA, and up to 30% travel to other sites as needed. You will drive process improvements across the warehouse network and guide new programs to eliminate waste.

Responsibilities include on-floor support, developing cost-saving analyses, SOPs, and collaborating with teams to optimize fulfillment and transportation processes.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
• On-floor troubleshooting and operator coaching is expected.

Responsabilités

• Enforce quality control to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Develop project estimates, proposals and manage multiple improvement projects.
• Lead corrective and preventive action teams from customer complaints and internal issues.
• Provide floor-level technical support and participate in process-improvement teams.
• Create CAD drawings and process flow charts; perform cost-saving analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Document standard operating procedures for new/modified processes.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve project goals.
• Track process data and progress against milestones.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and regulations.
