Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations. The role will drive future supply chain flows, develop product flows for merchant experience and efficiency, and lead process improvements across the warehouse network with lean/six sigma guidance.

You will spend time on the floor, develop CAD drawings, cost-saving analyses, and collaborate across teams to deploy new processes and equipment. Up to 50% travel is required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Industrial Engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvements.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Develop process improvements across the warehouse network.
• Lead cross functional projects and manage data analysis.
