This broad role centers on industrial design, spanning physical product design, product UX, visual communication, and brand, with collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to turn complex technology into clear, usable products.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience designing and shipping physical products.
• Strong industrial design fundamentals including form development and CMF.
• Strong 3D CAD, rendering, prototyping skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive industrial design across power electronics products from concept through production.
• Collaborate with mechanical/electrical/thermal engineers to meet technical constraints.
• Explore architecture, form, materials, finishes, interfaces and serviceability.
• Create sketches, CAD models, prototypes, renderings, and product graphics to communicate ideas.
• Define how users install, operate, service, and interact with products.
