Job summary

You will lead architecture, schematic capture, PCB development, and cross-functional collaboration, guiding products from concept through production and sustaining engineering, while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement in engineering execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical/digital hardware or industrial controls.
• Strong system-level architecture and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of complex electrical hardware.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept to sustaining engineering.
• Drive system-level design decisions and risk mitigation.
• Lead schematic capture, PCB design, and prototype bring-up.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and test teams.
