Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve silicon yield, reliability, and process-related issues across IC product lines.
• Serve as primary technical interface with semiconductor foundries, driving issue resolution and communications about process performance, yield excursions, and improvements.
• Develop understanding of foundry processes, especially BCD, and device characteristics.
• Design, execute, and analyze DOE experiments to identify root causes and optimize process windows.
• Perform statistical analysis of wafer fabrication, parametric, electrical test, and yield data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, product, test, reliability, and foundry teams to drive optimization.
• Evaluate process changes and technologies, assessing impact on performance, reliability, manufacturability, and yield.
• Develop technical reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
