Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to bridge electrical design and hardware implementation across EDS and VIT, reporting into VIT TPM leadership within HPE. You will drive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations, with a hybrid in-office schedule 3 days/week in Pittsburgh.

This role involves coordinating complex hardware programs and ensuring safety-critical documentation and processes are in place.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex hardware programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience with integrated master schedules and risk registers
• Experience in engineering change management processes

Responsibilities

• Lead EDS program execution with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of prerequisites
• Ensure EDS is represented in planning and schedules across the program
• Coordinate first article harness builds and advise on build priorities
• Collaborate with supply chain and suppliers to align design releases and schedules
• Guide engineering risk assessments and mitigation
• Lead EDS change control board submissions through to safety documentation
