Qualifications

• MS/BS/PhD in Electrical, Embedded, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with embedded systems and VLSI.
• Strong understanding of systems and software design architecture for Power Electronics applications.
• 5+ years of embedded software development with ISO 26262 Parts 4,5,8 (6) emphasis.
• Knowledge of CAN, SPI, and LIN.

Responsibilities

• Perform software safety analysis of embedded software and control algorithms.
• Develop software safety artifacts (SW-FTA, SW-FMEA, FFI, CCA/CFA, DFA).
• Create safety concepts, requirements, and architecture for software.
• Develop safety measures and traceability across software and tests.
• Support hardware safety analysis and hazard risk assessment.
