Job summary

Okta seeks a Staff Fullstack Engineer for its Secures AI team to architect the industry’s first Identity Security Fabric for the agentic era. You’ll lead the four-pillar model—Discover, Onboard, Protect, Govern—to provide enterprise-grade visibility for human and non-human identities.

You’ll drive AI-native development, advance secure access, and guide peer engineers to raise technical standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong backend experience with scalable architectures.
• Expertise in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and security-first design.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical strategy for the Identity Security Fabric.
• Govern and monitor agentic behavior across fullstack systems.
• Architect scalable backend and integrate complex APIs.
• Enforce least privilege and secure access for agents.
