Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building Java-based web applications.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OO principles.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions.
• Proven track record of championing best practices in security.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead cloud-native security product design, development, and production readiness.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, design, support, and docs teams.
• Uphold engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive tests.
• Lead and mentor remote teams to ensure product quality, agility, and velocity.
• Act as a player-coach, setting standards and guiding junior engineers.
