Job summary

Nourish seeks a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our SF-based engineering team with hybrid work options. You’ll drive core platform features alongside product, design, and analytics, taking full ownership of major codebase areas.

You’ll help shape the product roadmap, advocate for scalable solutions, and mentor peers as the team grows. You’ll work closely with dietitians, physicians, and insurers to ship impactful, data-driven features that improve health outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
• 4+ years with React, Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Amplitude, including React Native.
• Ability to own projects from idea through implementation and ship quickly.
• Strong collaboration with product/design and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features rapidly without compromising quality.
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and scalability.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and analytics in data-driven culture.
• Contribute to estimations, planning, and execution of projects and integrations.
• Maintain and elevate existing codebase with high-quality tests.
• Write clean, well-tested code to set new standards.
