Nourish is seeking talented Staff Full Stack Engineers to join our Consumer, Growth, and Care Expansion Pod. As a key early member of Nourish’s Engineering team, you’ll shape the future of our core platform alongside engineering, product, design, and analytics teams to deliver foundational features for years to come.

Reporting to the pod's Engineering Manager, you’ll own major parts of the codebase, set ambitious timelines, and lead project deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
• 4+ years experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Amplitude, including React Native.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to ship fast and independently drive projects end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration across product, design, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features for Nourish’s core platform at high velocity.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, and system scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics to solve impactful problems.
• Contribute to estimations, planning, and execution of projects and integrations.
• Maintain and elevate the existing codebase with high-quality, tested code.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept through deployment.
