Job summary

Nourish is seeking talented Staff Full Stack Engineers to join our Consumer, Growth, and Care Expansion Pod. You’ll shape the future of our core platform by collaborating with product, design, and analytics to deliver scalable features for patients, dietitians, and insurers.

As a key early member of Nourish's Engineering team, you will own major parts of the codebase, drive ambitious timelines, and ship high-impact work both remotely and onsite from our NYC Union Square office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with user-facing product focus.
• 4+ years with React, Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Amplitude, including React Native.
• Strong collaboration and ability to ship quickly in a startup environment.
• Ability to take ownership end-to-end from idea to deployment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features for Nourish's core platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics to drive data-driven experiments.
• Own major parts of the codebase and set timelines.
• Improve engineering processes and scalability.
• Write clean, well-tested code with high performance.
• Contribute to estimations, planning, and project execution.
