Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience including staff level.
• Strong full stack background across backend, APIs, and frontend tooling.
• Deep experience designing integration platforms, partner APIs, or developer-facing systems.
• Proven expertise with OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and identity provider integrations.
• Track record of architecting distributed systems that scale.
• Strong communication to align engineering, product, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-tenant or multi-business-unit environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of partner onboarding systems, integration platforms, and APIs connecting external partners into the loyalty ecosystem.
• Architect an account linking platform to connect external partner accounts to a unified identity.
• Drive identity provider integrations, ensuring reliable and scalable connections.
• Build loyalty integration systems enabling partner participation in points, credits, and tier mechanics.
• Establish engineering patterns, review code, and ensure observability, testability, and maintainability.
• Align APIs and integration patterns with identity, loyalty, and SDK teams.
