Job summary

The World's Identity Company is seeking an experienced web Fullstack engineer to join the Access Frameworks team. You will design, develop, and optimize high-impact features across React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend, delivering scalable identity services used by millions daily.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust software, write tests, and continuously improve the codebase and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Fullstack development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, including hooks and state management.
• Extensive backend experience with Java and Spring Boot, API security and DB tuning.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite, Yarn).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance features using React and TypeScript.
• Architect and optimize server-side logic and data models with Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements.
• Write clean, modular, well-tested, maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-device responsiveness.
• Contribute to frontend architecture scalability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure team-wide code quality.
• Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with Fullstack trends and new tools.
• Promote continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
