Fanatics is seeking a Staff Engineer on the Partnerships Engineering team within Fanatics Core to own integration platforms that connect external partners to the Fanatics ONE ecosystem. Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Strong full‑stack background across backend, APIs, and frontend tooling
• Deep experience designing integration platforms or developer‑facing systems
• Proven experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and identity provider integrations
• Track record of architecting distributed systems at scale
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, product, and external stakeholders
• Experience in multi‑tenant or multi‑opco environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of partner onboarding systems and APIs connecting external partners to Fanatics ONE
• Architect and build the Account Linking Platform for fans to connect external partner accounts
• Drive identity provider integrations for secure, scalable partner connections
• Build loyalty and rewards integration systems with FanCash, Tier Point, and One Credit
• Ensure technical quality, patterns, and observability across the team
• Collaborate with Identity, Loyalty, and SDK teams to align APIs and contracts
• Engage with external partners to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Improve developer experience with tooling, docs, and self‑service capabilities
• Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, and culture-building
