Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong system design knowledge including async patterns, caching strategies, and database sharding.
• Product-focused: deliver intuitive, polished experiences for end users.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and mentor others.
• Frontend knowledge with React or JavaScript is a plus.
