Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience using React, React Native, Python/Django or similar systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals with scalable, high‑quality system design.
• Product-minded with focus on user experience and design.
• Willingness to learn new technologies like React Native.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership in design discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
