Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years hands-on application development experience.
• Expert in application development best practices, cloud architecture, and deployment.
• Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with SQL Server development and Visual Studio.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Services, including CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Angular/TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks.
• Mentor and multiplier — growing fellow engineers and driving continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional global agile teamwork and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack, cloud-native solutions on Azure with scalable architecture.
• Lead engineers, set technical direction, and drive delivery.
• Own delivery pipelines and feature flags for smooth deployment.
• Champion quality with unit, integration, performance, and security tests.
• Ensure reliability with observability and on-call readiness.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams.
• Configure no/low-code bank connectors with top-tier banks.
• Participate in on-call pager rotation and maintain operational standards.
