Job summary

Ripple in Illinois is seeking a Senior Software Developer to own full-stack delivery across front-end, server, and database layers, leveraging Azure to build scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions that power enterprise finance.

You will mentor engineers, participate in on‑call pager rotations, and drive high‑quality code through CI/CD pipelines, rigorous testing, and security reviews to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with SQL Server knowledge.
• Experience with Azure Services, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and TDD/BDD.
• Proven ability to mentor developers in an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and deliver features across the full stack.
• Leverage Azure services to build scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Improve applications and own delivery pipelines and feature flags.
• Drive unit, integration, and non-functional testing including performance and security.
• Use observability tools to diagnose and resolve issues across environments.
• Lead technical design and code reviews; mentor engineers.
• Improve team processes and ensure architectural standards.
• Participate in on-call pager rotation.
