Ripple is hiring a Staff Software Developer to own full-stack, cloud-native solutions on Azure. You will lead engineers, set technical direction, and connect our platform to major banks using no/low-code configurations.

You will mentor teams, drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and reliability while delivering high‑quality software across distributed systems in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on application development experience.
• Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with SQL Server development and Visual Studio use.
• Extensive experience with Azure, CI/CD in Azure DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, estimate, and deliver features across full stack — front-end, server, and DB tiers.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure that are scalable and resilient.
• Lead delivery pipelines and feature flags for seamless deployment.
• Champion quality with unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Own reliability and use observability to diagnose and fix production issues.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and drive engineering excellence.
• Shape team processes and technology choices to improve outcomes.
• Configure no/low-code bank connectors with leading financial institutions.
• Embrace YBIYRI model with on-call responsibilities.
