Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners in San Francisco or New York seeks a versatile full-stack engineer to own foundational systems, APIs, and production reliability for healthcare workflows.

You will design and build AI-supported clinical workflows, systems for billing, credentialing, scheduling, and care coordination, and help scale services in a hybrid work model.

Four to ten years of experience and strong Python skills are required, with a background in healthtech or fintech and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of full‑stack engineering experience, including startup experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Product engineering experience that includes system design/architecture decisions, ideally in a Series A or later environment.
• Experience in healthtech, fintech, or another operationally complex field where accuracy and data integrity matter.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-supported clinical workflows for documentation and care tasks.
• Develop systems for billing, payment, and healthcare financial workflows.
• Build tools for provider operations: credentialing, compliance, payroll, scheduling, staffing.
• Create patient and family experiences for onboarding, communication, scheduling, and payments.
• Automate operational workflows across billing, authorizations, credentialing, and care coordination.
• Own platform foundations: data models, APIs, security, reliability, AI infrastructure, and production systems.
