Harmonic is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to scale our frontend applications for a high-growth startup discovery engine. You will own critical reliability, performance optimizations, and frontend architecture decisions that impact hundreds of users building and analyzing complex startup signals.

• 7+ years building frontend applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tooling.
• Track record of fixing production performance issues at scale.
• Strong opinions on frontend architecture with real migration experience.

Responsabilités

• Fix core reliability issues: error boundaries, state management, data consistency.
• Optimize performance for large datasets and complex queries.
• Build monitoring and observability to catch issues early.
• Establish testing strategies to prevent regressions.
• Create abstractions and patterns to help engineers ship faster without breaking things.
