Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience building full-stack products at scale.
• Founding engineer or early-stage scale-up experience.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products.
• Strong CS fundamentals and scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience building and scaling data pipelines for large datasets.
• Able to turn ambiguity into clarity while balancing tradeoffs.
• Customer-obsessed with improving user experience.
• Methodical, measured, and iterative development approach.
• Interest in venture capital and startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing features end to end, from the customer's perspective.
• Build scalable, observable systems from data pipelines to UI.
• Ship fast, measure outcomes, and iterate with real product feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, and GTM.
• Continuously explore how to improve the product experience.
