Gametime is hiring Senior Front End Engineers to scale consumer-facing web experiences used by millions. You will own significant frontend surface areas, drive architecture, and mentor others while collaborating with Product, Design, and backend teams.

The role emphasizes speed, reliability, and UX quality, with opportunities to influence product decisions and contribute to a broad, cross-functional platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks.
• Proficient with modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query) and REST/GraphQL patterns.
• Strong UI engineering fundamentals including accessibility, responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Frontend testing experience (Jest, RTL, Playwright or Cypress).
• Experience building or maintaining a shared design system or component library.
• Exposure to web3 or digital goods purchasing flows is a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership of consumer-facing products at scale and experience with experiment-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Own high quality end-to-end delivery of major consumer-facing features from design through launch and iteration.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions including component design, state management, data-fetching patterns and performance budgets.
• Build and optimize conversion flows (event discovery, seat selection, checkout) for speed and UX quality.
• Design, instrument, and interpret A/B experiments with Product and Data to validate decisions.
• Instrument frontend observability: error tracking, performance monitoring, and real-user metrics.
• Contribute to design-system components and front-end standards for the team.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with mobile, backend, and platform teams for cohesive cross-platform experiences.
