Alloy is seeking a senior frontend engineer to join the Frontend Platform team. You will lead design and delivery of large frontend investments, shape architecture across the stack, and build shared foundations and customer-facing surfaces.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and product to turn broad needs into scalable, high-quality solutions with meaningful impact. You will drive quality with strong technical judgment, clear documentation, and improved developer experience,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend experience building complex web apps.
• Proven track record leading large frontend or platform initiatives.
• Strong judgment balancing UX, product needs, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of large frontend investments spanning teams.
• Shape frontend architecture with standards and shared patterns.
• Build shared foundations and customer-facing surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and product to turn needs into scalable solutions.
• Raise quality through documentation, developer experience, and reliability improvements.
• Shape AI and agentic workflows in frontend development to improve delivery.
