Job summary

PPRO is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its Frontend Platform to shape the micro frontend architecture that powers brands across Europe and Latin America. You will own end-to-end frontend delivery, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative, autonomous environment.

You will drive performance, reliability, and developer experience using React/TypeScript, Module Federation, AWS, and modern build tools.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering experience with React/TypeScript.
• Proven track record in micro frontend design and deployment.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Establish company-wide frontend standards and best practices.
• Design and evolve a micro frontend platform with Module Federation.
• Deliver large cross-team projects across multiple frontends.
• Own products end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Lead a team as technical owner and shape team culture.
• Drive frontend performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Utilize latest tech to solve scale challenges for customers.
