Boulevard Labs, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Frontend Experience to lead a team of 3-5 engineers in building a modular, mobile-optimized React-based platform.

You’ll guide modernization with Module Federation and Micro Frontends, deliver cross‑platform parity, and mentor engineers to raise craftsmanship and velocity. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to set roadmaps, uphold engineering standards, and scale the frontend platform across all customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in engineering management or tech-lead roles.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript; modern build systems such as Webpack/Vite.
• Proven ability to lead modernization efforts across multi-team projects.
• Strong understanding of web-based hybrid mobile approaches and responsive design.
• Track record of solving complex system design problems and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 frontend engineers; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Drive modular frontend architecture using Module Federation and Micro Frontends.
• Oversee migration of dashboards from Angular to React and cross‑platform parity.
• Define and uphold engineering standards for performance and developer experience.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Backend to define platform roadmaps.
