Job summary

Doppel Inc. is seeking a senior frontend engineer to elevate UI/UX across its core platform. You will collaborate with the lead designer to craft a cohesive, performant, and modern enterprise-grade experience that inspires confidence and trust.

Your work will directly influence seven-figure deals and how customers and internal teams interact with our product. You will shape the platform in a small, ambitious team with a startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript, building and operating production web applications.
• Experience owning platform-level frontend work: design systems, component libraries, build tooling, data-layer patterns.
• Genuine excitement about AI-assisted development and building rails for safe frontend work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the frontend infrastructure for the platform: shell, data layer, routing, auth, and pipeline deployments.
• Evolve the design system from a library into a constrained, tokenized contract with guardrails.
• Develop the design-to-production pipeline with tooling, agent workflows, and review guardrails.
• Ensure platform safety with permissions, observability, accessibility, and internationalization.
• Own production health of the shared client with monitors and SLOs.
• Package the platform for scale with versioned components and scaffolding.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ship efficiently.
