Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a senior frontend engineering leader to drive customer-facing product experiences at scale. You’ll manage 2–3 product teams, shape the UI platform architecture (micro-frontend) and shell SDK interfaces, and contribute hands-on when needed to unblock delivery.

You will champion modern development practices, ensure security and accessibility, and collaborate closely with product to deliver high-impact outcomes across cloud-native and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading and managing engineers.
• Strong React 18+ expertise and modern TypeScript patterns.
• Deep experience with Webpack 5 and Module Federation or similar modular front-end architectures.
• Experience designing and operating micro-frontend systems or other independently deployable UI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 product engineering teams (including the core UI team), providing day-to-day management and mentorship.
• Set technical direction for the UI platform: micro-frontend architecture and shell SDK interfaces.
• Drive engineering execution: sprint planning, code reviews, and hands-on contributions.
• Establish and evolve CI/CD for frontend modules, including pipelines and testing.
• Ensure reusable UI and service capabilities and guide backend integrations.
