Job summary

ezCater, Inc is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the frontend architecture for the Restaurant Partner Experience, powering partner discovery, onboarding, and order management. You will steer AI-enabled analytics within the partner portal and set standards for micro-frontend design, monorepo tooling, and scalable CI/CD practices.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to craft a best-in-class partner experience, mentor engineers, and drive data-rich UI

Qualifications

8+ years of professional development in frontend with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
4+ years of production React experience with micro-frontend patterns.
Track record evangelizing frontend architecture, design systems and monorepos.
Strong collaboration with Product, Design and Research to drive direction.
Experience building data-rich dashboards and visualization for non-technical users.
Mentor engineers and align tech roadmaps with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the frontend architectural vision for partner experiences from onboarding to order tooling.
Champion AI-native frontend practices and integrate AI-assisted data insights.
Define and evangelize frontend standards across micro-frontend, monorepo and CI/CD.
Collaborate with Principal/Staff Engineers, Product and Design to evolve systems.
Build and improve data-dense dashboards and reporting within the partner portal.
Provide guidance and mentorship to teammates, fostering learning and collaboration.
