United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Design Systems team. You will build and maintain the core components and foundations that power all products, while advancing AI-enabled design workflows.

You will collaborate with design partners to ship new UI patterns, raise craft, and mentor others in a fast-paced SaaS fintech environment. This role emphasizes accessibility, performance, and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontend development experience.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system or shared component library.
• Strong command of modern frontend tooling: build systems, CI/CD, testing.
• Hands-on fluency at AI and software development intersection.
• Ability to mentor and raise craft and AI fluency in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the components, patterns, and foundations (tokens, type, color, layout) for the product, with high accessibility, performance, and craft.
• Collaborate with design partners to turn concepts into production patterns.
• Lead projects to ship new UI patterns that improve product teams’ speed and outcomes.
• Develop a design system ready for AI integration and practical leverage for teams.
• Improve prototyping capabilities to accelerate product iteration and exploration.
• Mentor teammates and codify best practices to raise the team’s AI fluency.
