Regional Management Corp seeks an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern technology solutions powering our FinTech platform. This leader will oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for customer-facing applications, digital lending platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.

Competenze

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in engineering leadership.
Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, lending, or financial services.
Proven track record delivering large-scale digital products and cloud-based solutions.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
Experience in regulated environments with a focus on security and compliance.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
