Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to advise on strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects. You will architect and maintain live production environments for demos and workshops, and ensure strong technical training content for field programs.

You will represent Field Engineering in product planning while enjoying 100% remote work and a global, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years as a Senior Field Engineer or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge in at least one Grafana technology and deep knowledge across multiple observability tools.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language and experience with Linux and IaC tools like Terraform.
• 100% remote work with a global, collaborative culture.
