Job summary

BECU is seeking a Staff Architect to shape scalable and secure technology solutions supporting our members and business goals. You will lead enterprise-scale architectures across cloud, infrastructure, and applications while upholding governance and security requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentoring, and delivering lasting business value. You will work with teams across technology disciplines, focusing on Azure and modern hosting environments, and you may engage with AI-enabled

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures, including experience managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Shape Enterprise Solutions: lead development of comprehensive architectures aligned with objectives, blueprints, and standards.
Strengthen Application Portfolio Management: govern and evolve the application portfolio and technology decisions.
Lead Architecture Governance: participate in governance, design reviews, and design gates; help establish architecture standards.
