Job summary

GDH is seeking a technical lead for enterprise applications supporting systems engineering and operations. You will build, deploy, integrate, and maintain critical software solutions that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency, while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with engineers and program teams to drive continuous improvement, manage deployments, perform security patches, automate release processes, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
• General cloud platform experience, with a preference for AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages Bash and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models via tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ITIL support operations at L3 or L4 level.
• Knowledge of IBM tools, networking, and architecture diagramming is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and RedHat OpenShift is desirable.
• Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Triage server and application outages to minimize downtime and ensure operational stability.

• Contribute to process improvements aligned with LEAN practices and industry best practices.

Publishing Pay Range

$65.00 - $75.00 USD Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
