Responsibilities

• Lead small development teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to help teammates develop their skills and careers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software problems for clients, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Explore and implement emerging technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI, IoT, and machine learning.
• Develop applications using Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Build modern web applications utilizing React, Angular, Vue, and Redux; develop mobile solutions for iOS and Android.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance client solutions, improve efficiency, and provide insights while managing ethics.
• Present technical findings, demos, and solutions to stakeholders and senior executives.
• Participate actively in a hybrid work environment, fostering continuous learning and professional development.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between office and remote work.
